Formed Solutions (FSI) opened its doors in 1998 in a 6,000 sq. ft. leased facility in Holland, Michigan. Today, the company’s complex spans 106,000 sq. ft. of multiple thermoforming and production lines, raw stock, tooling and fixtures, and finished component inventory areas. The FSI Team offers you the combined resources of having studied, trained, worked, and lived in virtually every aspect of thick-gauge thermoformed plastics industry. From sales and engineering to process selection, tooling design, thermoforming production, and logistics. This combined experience contributes to workflow efficiency, repetitively formed product quality, and solid customer satisfaction.

You can rely on FSI for a wide range of forming processes, as well as secondary services, sequencing, JIT and vendor-managed inventory.
